Sales Tax: Applicable Michigan sales tax is calculated at checkout in accordance with state law.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Business days are Monday–Saturday (excluding major holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
If an item is out of stock or cannot be shipped, we will contact you immediately.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Suit and Tie Menswear LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist you with any necessary documentation or claim information if needed.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.
