At Suit and Tie Menswear, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we offer a clear and transparent return process.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (for shipped orders) or within 7 days of in-store pickup.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in original condition

• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

• Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

• Items showing wear, odor, stains, or damage may not be accepted

• Please note: approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
This fee is deducted from your refund amount.

Packages refused or returned to sender may still be subject to the 25% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom suits, tailored garments, or altered items

• Personalized or monogrammed items

• Undergarments, socks, and hygiene-related accessories

• Gift cards

• Items marked as Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at:

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within the 7-day return window, subject to availability.
If an exchange is not available, a return may be processed instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds:

• Are issued to the original payment method

• Will reflect the 25% restocking fee

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• May take 3–10 business days to process depending on your bank
