Refund policy

At Suit and Tie Menswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns — You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging.

Final sale (not returnable): items that have been altered or tailored, custom or special-order items, and clearance/final-sale items.

How to start a return — Email info@suitandtiemenswear.com or call (586) 486-5874 with your order number, and we'll send return instructions. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post it.

Exchanges — Need a different size or style? Contact us and we'll help arrange one, subject to availability.

In-store returns — Local customers can return or exchange in person at 28851 Van Dyke Ave, Warren, MI 48093.
